Treated unfair for falling asleep at work.
if i work for procter & gamble and have been the only one out of the shift work force in my dept who has been confronted for falling asleep.and have a diag of sleep apnea. also have been told by team leader that i am old enough to be his father and our life experience is so diff.that he don't listen to what i have to say./i am 62 and grew up in phila. he is aprox.38 grew up outside of scranton and is now a deacon in the church.our co prides itself on diversity.the diff in backgrounds.the dept manager thinks it was great he could admit that he had not been honest with me in three years that he had been team leader/i was mechanical leader/there was also a process leader in this system who was second in line like me to run the team.the new hire in the picture that brought this to a boil has since put on sexual harassment charges along with some file entries for various reasons which were the source of the disagreements which brought the above statements to light.some people come to work to sleep/i fall asleep when there is nothing to do or every thing is running smooth & wake up when things change. all including my holier than me team leader fall asleep.

I am having some difficulty determining your question. Do you suspect that you are being discriminated against because of your age, or because of your sleep apnea?
If sleep apnea is the issue, then, assuming it would be considered a disability under either the ADA, or the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, then the question would be whether there is a reasonable accommodation that
could be made that would enable you to continue to perform the essential functions of your job. It is up to the employee to suggest what such an accommodation might be, so perhaps you should discuss that question with a physician before approaching the employer.
