Unfair time off
I work for company in Maryland, however, my work is overseas in Colombia, SA on a DOD contract. We have 3 sections; pilots, mission commanders, and maintenance. Our contract states 4 weeks on duty, and 2 weeks off.
For nearly a year now, the pilots and Maintenance are getting 4 on and a minimum of 3 off, but not the mission commanders. I've spoke to the Manager 3 times about this... no response. Do I have a case?

Sounds to me like you may have something. Since there is a written contract at issue, certainly you can pursue a breach of that contract by way of a lawsuit.
