1) CAN AGENT TAKE HIS FILES AND WORK FROM HIS OWN OR ANOTHER AGENCY
2) IS THERE CASE LAW AS TO THE OWNESHIP OF THESE CLIENTS WHICH WERE OBTAINED BY THE AGENT DURING THESE 12+ YEARS.
