INSURANCE AGENT WORKS FOR AGENCY FOR OVER 12 YEARS WITHOUT A NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT. HE HAS A SUBSTANTIAL BOOK OF BUSINESS WITH ANNUAL REV. OF OVER 800,000. FINDS OUT OWNER OF AGENCY IS SECRETLY SELLING AGENCY TO LARGE CORP. AGENCY
1) CAN AGENT TAKE HIS FILES AND WORK FROM HIS OWN OR ANOTHER AGENCY
2) IS THERE CASE LAW AS TO THE OWNESHIP OF THESE CLIENTS WHICH WERE OBTAINED BY THE AGENT DURING THESE 12+ YEARS.
