WWhat are my rights if the accuser. Is rehired
I was falsely accused of sexual harassment in 2013 by an employee that was terminated 3 months prior from the accusation for poor job perform.
It was investigated by regional HR. And proven false.
now 2 years later the company has rehired the accuser. What are my rights .

The rehire for the accuser has no legal relevance to any of your potential rights. Based on what you described, your termination was not unlawful and the recent rehire does not change that.
