What can be done when your supervisor retatiates against yoy for asking for reasonable accommodation

State employee with 20yr seniority I am 47 yrs old with type 2 diabetes wearing an insulin pump. In November of 2011 we ordered new uniforms and I asked for a uniform that properly fit due to my pump ( need an xxlt). Supervisor refused and ordered what he thought I should wear(xxx). Was way to big but was still too short to tuck in( my stomach stuck out) I was told that if I didn't have such a big fat belly the shirt would fit me, etc. I went to our disability services and was given the run around and eventually told to go through the main branch. I ended up hiring an attorney in February to get the paperwork through. It did and they had to order a uniform that properly fit. But ever since and immediately after asking I have been retaliated against by my supervisor. My work list got changed, I was denied breaks ( resulted in my blood sugar dropping and me almost getting in an accident on my way home from work)I was treated differently from my coworker, denied going to my aunts funeral, followed around and give the lowest form of work available, falsely accussed of things etc. I ended up hireing another attorney and he filed an ohio civil rights charge, He suggested doing a settlement agreement so we did but the retaliation continues. What do I do next? This is affecting my physical and emotional health. I have too much time invested to quit

You should contact your 2nd attorney who negotiated the settlement agreement. Let him or her know of the continuing retaliation. It appears they are engaging in new retaliation and probably are in breach also of the settlement agreement.
