are you required to apply for shifts other than your preferred shift while on unemployment?

Illinois job link is recommending jobs not in the time shift or in the area I would preferred to work in (30+ miles away from home, second and third shift jobs). Am I required to apply for positions such as this or can I legally ignore them without putting my unemployment in jeopardy?
