being layoff father picking his son over me,,,
my question is i work for this company for 12 years one month two weeks.. im 50 his son is 20s we both started the same time, i was layoff along with another person i was told by the owner told it was slow that i can draw my unemployment. there should have been 3 people layoff.. the father and son work in the shipping which favor over me to keep his son on working the father is the forman in the plant gives me orders so the Machaine operator stay busy but they let me go put his son back in the saw room.. is that right for what the owner did to let me go. the forman and his son are closed to the boss where i work tell what can i do.. should i seek legal ass??
