Myself and several of my co workers were let go the same day and received the same lump sum severance. Some have received the un/employment. Shouydn't I be entitled to the same?

I'm under investigation for theft. They have not proven this allegation, nor can they as far as I know. Considering I did not do it. Contract was offered prior to accusation.
