do i have a good case
The director allow my standard of conduct to be violated forcing me to work in a hostile enviroment I been falsely acussed by 1 coworker and was written up. The same coworker was allowed by director to do to me what she lied and said I did to her. This been going on for 3 years. Director and all coworkers has been conspiring against me to get me fire. I aready went to eeoc and now I'm waiting on my right to sue letter. The director never sat down with me to address any of my concerns. Director has nothing in writing addressing the coworker so I continue to be mistreated. I wrote a letter corporate concening the situation. Corporate came down to investigate they end up investigating me so the harrassment continued cause coworkers lied to protect that 1 coworker.
