Thanks for such a quick response, I sensed trouble with miss piggy so I have
already made copies of the phony documents and have made a package
documenting details on each frauded loan, I also have already quit and found
another job, when I was copying the frauded docs I also ran across 2
judgements against her, and several compaints to the DRE. looks like she
never pays off anything and gets out of any complaint filed. Is there a law that states she has to at least pay me minimum wage for the 8 hours a day I spent in her office? Our agreement was $495.00 for each loan I processed with her paying me for the first 10 loans out of her pocket (meaning I didnt have to wait for escrow to close and the loan to be funded) I also answered phones and did other secretarial type work.7 weeks
wasted working for her for no pay I am in deep stuff financially.

you can't get quicker help than through the labor board. they'll take your complaint and if she has a history of unpaid wage judgments against her, will be conscientious about following through execution. the best info you can get about her for them is bank accounts! that they can attach to enforce your judgment.
you are always entitled at least to minimum wage, but the dlse will enforce whatever wage agreement you have with her, and will require payment for overtime as well. you're also entitled to penalties and interest.
as for your financial situation, you should file for unemployment immediately. you were entitled to quit if you were not being paid, and you can still get unemployment.
