i got a letter while i was on fmla i live in nj hr had sent me a letter back in jan saying i had 5 days to contact them or i will be terminated was this a violation.
hr sent me a 5 day to call letter or i will be fired i had to contact there corp office and i was told ignore that letter
do i have a case
