in new how soon after being terminated must I receive my accrued vacation pay
I was terminated in ny on 3/11 without reason being given. They paid me my last weeks salary on 3/17 but not the 154 hours of PTO I was owed. They tell me they will pay it to me on 3/341. I'm concerned I will not recieved unemployment until after that date now. Can they delay my receipt for UE like this?

I think you have the reverse. You want more than 30 days to pass before you are paid or unemployment will be delayed.
As long as you did not commit misconduct you should receive unemployment. However if you get paid a lump sum within 30 days of your last worked day then unemployment benefits may be delayed.
