manager gave employee cocaine

My girlfriend's manager offered her cocaine and she accepted. Over the next couple of months she became heavily involved in cocaine use as 2 managers for this company suppliedsoldgave her it. When I found out what was going on and confronted her she stopped. I confronted her manager and he confirmed they were doing cocaine at my home while I was at work almost every day.
A couple of weeks after I confronted her she had a serious bout with depression. She was on medication for a couple of years to control the depression and it was effective. The cocaine use was too much for the medication to overcome. She has been fighting the depression for over 4 months now.

I informed the president of the division and he chose not to investigate.

She is an agent under contract to sell insurance. She asked to be moved to another team to get a way from her manager.

Her manager retaliated by not sending her sales leads.

Your girlfriend first needs to leave that company. The best time to find another job is while you are still employed. So, tell her to get another job ASAP.

After that, if y'all are still concerned about what is going on at this company, you should talk to a criminal defense lawyer about whether to take this information to the police. Since your sweetheart got caught up in using coke, she needs to be advised by a criminal defense lawyer -- so the cops don't arrest her when she admits she used too. I think criminal defense lawyers know how to work these kind of deals out with the police in advance.

Good luck!
