personnel file access in Ohio
I would like to know if in Ohio I am permitted to see my personnel file at my place of employment?
Your answer "In New York State, unlike many other states, you have no right to see the contents of your personnel file." did not mention how the laws would be for Ohio,

There is no Ohio statute giving employees of private employers the right to see their personnel files at their place of employment.
