how can I check an attorney's credibility.
And also may I have some referal for employment law in Orange county.

The State Bar has a web site that has a search engine that will provide you with the educational background of an attorney and let you know if the attorney has been disciplined by the Bar. Otherwise the best way to check the "credibility" of an attorney is to meet with him and ask for references. I have an office in Irvine.
