retaliation from boss
I'm a car painter,my boss clearly favors the other painter.This painter does my boss's personal work for free.I get paid commision only and complained to the deelership I was'nt receiving enough work to make a pay check.Well things are really bad now!He's damaged cars so I have to do them over.The other painter is still getting much more work,and I'm being starved out!

Favoritism
A boss can have favorites -- legally! Texas law does not help many employees. If the favoritism is based on certain factors, however, you may have a legal right. If the favoritism is because of race, national origin, age, color, religion, gender, or disability, then you may have a legal claim.
