retaliation from osha complaint
I filed a complaint against OSHA for unsafe work environment. The employer made the requested changes by OSHA. However, I was hired full time and was then cut to 20 hours a week. We are understaffed, and several employees have left due to injuries, but did not file a claim. I have contacted OSHA on the retaliation, but nothing has been done. I contacted employment lawyers who told me I need an employment lawyer specializing whistleblower experience. I have everything document and written down. Contacted DOL, my congressman, but always told they cannot assist.
