time fraud /Retaliation
I work as a computer professional in a big investment banking. My position was classified as exempt. In 2015, the director sent email that there will be no overtime pay but only comp-off time. Managers pressured me to work on holidays but asked not report in time record ( I have the evidence that I worked but time record shows not worked) Manager pressured me to enter only 40 hrs when working more than 50 hrs in a work week Managers did time fraud by deleting time in time record system ( I have evidence that manager changed it to zero in time record where as I worked more than 8 hrs) When complained, manager retaliated by informing me that I will be classified as exempt soon
