Answer to working 10 days straight, no overtime pay?

Please provide me information regarding the name of the employer and more information regarding her hours worked. Once I receive this information, I can provide a better answer to the question. As a basic rule in California, however, any time worked over 40 hours a week must be compensated at an overtime rate. I look forward to receiving additional information from you.
