Answer to Older workers benifit protection act
OWBPAThe OWBPA has certain procedural requirements that apply to older workers. However, the Act does not specifically provide that an employee must be given additional benefits beyond that which is being given to younger employees. Of course, this does not preclude an employer from offering additional benefits.
