Can I (a former employee) request money for the remaining 15 weeks after the stated on the agreement
On a signed severance agreement there is a mismatch between the amount and a number of weeks to be paid, i.e., the amount is for 19 weeks (according to the employer's policy) but the severance agreement states that employee will be paid for 34 weeks. it seems it was a mistake made by the Employer.
Can I (a former employee) request money for the remaining 15 weeks after the stated on the agreement amount (for 19 weeks) is paid off?
