Do I have a claim based on job discrimination
I was singled out when asked about an accommodation Human resource requsted my doctor answer a question. When I returned the note she said the doctor didnt answer her question I was later put on a 6wks leave of abscence without pay because of abscence seizures occuring at work. I was told l needed to have qustion answered in order to return to work. Am I able to work without any disruptions or interruptions or They will state l voluntarily quit.
