Employer requiring employee to communicate in a language not agreed upon in the initial employment Agreement. If the employee is terminated for not complying would it be wrongful termination?
Employer took over office in China and now wants employee to handle China duties. Customers send emails in Mandarin. Employer told the employee to use google translate.
