Employment Agency Overtime Laws

I work for an employment agency. My work with that agency, sends me to two different businesses. I work 30 hours a week at one company and 22.5 hours a week at the other. Although I am working with two companies, I am still employed with the agency. Should I get overtime because I work more than forty hours every week? Is there a special law for employment/temp agencies?

Employment Agency

If you are employed by the agency (i.e. they give you your paycheck) then you are definitely entitled to overtime.
