I worked as a senior engineer with a mjor steel company in Canton Ohio and was laid off in Feb subject to recall till June 1
I have my employee handbook and a relocation guide that spells out a severence pay plan for both salaried and union workers which outlines time on the job required-- It provides for me to have three months pay which is well over $20,000--I have not said anything to them yet-can I hire you because of the money involved?
