False Accusations froma boss and proof they are false
My wife just got “Counseling Review”, basically part the company’s procedure to fire her. Within the “Counseling Review” is a list of the allegations. My wife kept a submarine folder and we when through it and were able to dispute every allegation and had documented evidence to back it up. We even found documentation that showed vital information needed to perform her job was not given to her so she would fail.
The department she works in is very understaffed and she ends up having to work 10-12 hour days and most weekends, of course unpaid. Does she have any legal protection from these false accusations? Can a large company get away with making false accusations to fire anyone they want?

provable false accusations are not protected by any privilege, even in the workplace. if your wife is terminated, or even threatened with termination, on trumped-up charges, she should discuss the case with an attorney experienced in employment law.
