Boss' False Accusation

You can bring an action for defamation and possibly for invasion of privacy. It is essential to any cause of action you may have that your employer communicates the false accusations to a third party. Further, your damages may be limited unless you can show actual financial harm and documented physical symptoms. If you have additional questions please feel free to email me directly.
