seventh day

california law requires that employees be given "one day's rest in seven". that doesn't necessarily mean you cannot be required to work seven days in a row, at least sometimes. what you need to do is sit down with an attorney experienced in wage and hour law. there are many in your area. go to the cal employment lawyers assn's website, www.celaweb.org, to find attorneys who specialize in this area of law.
