Hi, I have been on my job for 11 years I accrued a lot of PTO time. My employer want to take it away s pto time is that illegal?

My employer is trying to take away my pto time that I accrued. I been with the company for 11 years and I earn a lot of time. Is this illegal or not.

Depends on how it was accrued and it depends on whether you are looking to keep your job. You could have a legal right to recover the money if it was accrued over time and based on weeks worked, but that legal right or claim may very well result in the employer deciding to terminate your employment.
