Hi, I was hired and a relocation bonus was paid in order for me to work in Atlanta, a person at the office has mental issues and she has being disrespectful, overwriting my work, talking bad about me, she has the manager and director support, she cries if I don't agree with her, she make up stories saying I said or did things I didn´t, now during the meetings I have to interrupt her because she said I said something I never mentioned, the comments are technical stuff that she said to make look like incompetent. She is disrespectful, I'm a foreign. I want to resign but if I do so I have to pay the relocation bonus (10k). What would be the options for me to resign without having to pay the bonus?
