Honoring a Serverance packet
My company is closing and promised its employees a severance packet (in writing) but since the company was acquired by another company (who still said they would honor the severance letter packet) the closing date was schedule for 12/31/15 than 2/28/16 than 3/31/16 now 4/31/16 what legal right do I have to get my severance pay and be done with my employer
