Houston Independent School District have been Discriminated and Retaliated Against me about hired at the workplace. I have been filed at the Federal EEOC. What should I do ?

I have been working for “HISD” over 4 years. I was applying for my occupation Mechanic experiences for over 30 years. I did passed their Created Fraud and Cheating about their Interviews. I had all my Mechanic Certifies and the checks paid commission by these Dealers ship in the City Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They have been promoted their Spanish peoples could not Reads English at all, their background was not Mechanics at all. They did not knows anythings about the Mechanicals at all. They did not have anythings about Mechanics Certifies at all. They have been allowing stolen times from the State Of Texas and the Federal Moneys for years. They have been violation their own laws and Rules. I had my witnesses. How do I get helps from Attorneys ? I do not have the Money to hired Attorneys.
