I can prove I am Inocent can I be represented?

I have been a table games dealer for 16 years. On the 28th of March and it was after midnight they closed the game I was on and sent me to the crap table. The table was full and evidently there was a group that is wanted in 5 different states for sliding dice. I was unaware of the history of this group. They betting max bets on the hardways and I tell my box-person/supvisor that he needs to call somebody I can't my back is to anybody else and he is suppose to alert somebody if max bets are going on. He does not and the table is full of alot of activity. The man on my left is not hitting the back wall and so I get on to him about hitting the back wall with the dice, again my supervisor does nothing to back me up. He lost. It goes to the man on my left he keeps throwing his arm in front of my face, I said something like don't do that, again my box does nothing. They load up on the hard eight and hop bets I am nervous and I said out loud you all sure do want that hard eight to hit, again my box says nothing. Well it hits the table screams of course the man had thrown his arm in my face again and the box says nothing and I think it a legal hit. He calls the other supervisor over to help pay off the bets and they had bet for us and my crew is happy and they immediatly leave to go cash out I said that was wierd, I have never seen so many people leave a table that quick after they have won. I was there only 20 minutues, I get tapped out by Daryl Gramgh he is on stick now he then tells us that there is a group that travels and cheats by sliding the dice I tell him we did not see any dice sliding and if they were cheating he needs to let the pit know right now. He balks and says no and we said that what we thought so we are thinking he is blowing hot air. April 1st I was called in and fired and it says I allow the dice to slide and did not alert my supervisor. I never saw the dice slide and I was alerting my box about calling somebody cause there is max bets. He was fired also and so was my base dealer. Daryl evidently said something but did not tell them we told him to go say something about there might have suspicious behavior.
My box never said anything, he went on break after the scammers left. I think he should of been fired because he is allowing them to bully me on the table and I guess thats how he cheated by sliding the dice. I contacted gaming and I have a hearing over my denial of unemployment the 29th which is this coming Tuesday. I have talked with David Delgado several times and he says that I should not of been fired, he reviewed the tape and he says this group has hit other casinos in I think 5 other states. He is also my witness that I am innocent. My bosses also told me that this group look for weak dealers and probably had a picture of me to know who they could get away with this. I felt insulted, they did not stand behind me. I am not a weak dealer. This all happened in a little as 20 minutes and they were gone. I was sent over there when they are already at the table. So I lost my job my insurance, I was suppose to get a raise May 4th and I had been in no trouble and I loved my job. I never was a problem with them, I was dependable and always honest and I want my job back and I could deal everything with no problem.
