mediation?

I recieved my right to sue letter through eeoc under title vii sexual harassment by supervisor and numerous other violations and i sent back to try mediation is this a smart move or is now the time i need a lawyer. Mel is there a lawyer you would recommend.

Mediation is almost always a good idea if both sides are willing, serious about resolving the case, and realistic in their expectations. No question that you would be better off if represented by an attorney. Try the member listings at www.celaweb.org to locate an attorney.
