I developed diabetes after being over worked, what type of evidence is required?
I was demoted after I complained of safety and possibly attemped murder by the customers empliyee and discrimination.
I was punished.
Overworked then I got sicker and developed diabetes.
My manager called repeatedly waking me up. She wouldn't let me rest for weeks after I fied eeoc/dol.
Forced me to work 18 hours awake to 24 hrs awake. No others dont.
HR said, "The managers can do whatever they want to do?"
Previous ADA was not followed throw because HR said they would make seniority shift adjustments but didnt.
What type of evidence?
