I filed bankruptcy with included a loan I obtained from my employer. Subsequently I was terminated.

Can an employer retaliate against an employee for filing bankruptcy and including a loan obtained from the employer?

I could not say definitely without research (which costs), but I do not know of any statutory prohibition and therefore I believe an employer can retaliate when an employee takes bankruptcy.
