I was terminated for
Terminated for "failure to meet expectations", Never any verbal or written discussions about this during the two years I worked for this company. I'm 60 yo, came off of disability, and have knowledge of what is fraudulent marketing practices. Am I allowed to review my personnel file, and based on the fact that I never had any discussions or write ups, do I have enough to take to a lawyer for wrongful termination?
