My employer is witholding my wages for a mistake I made in training

I am a Sales Associate with a company I have worked for 4 years I was recently promoted to Sales however I made a mistake during my training period and my employer is witholding my commission-What is my recourse

You can sue them for unpaid wages. Of course, suing your employer is tricky if you want to continue with your employment. I recommend reaching out to a lawyer to address this diplomatically if you are looking to continue with your employment. Best of luck.
