My wife does not get breaks at work. can she sue them? can she quit and get unemployment? 8-9 straight hours is killing her and being her husband, I am making her quit!
My wife is a cook at a nursing home and she never gets breaks! not even a lunch break! She has to clock out and go back to work and come back in 30min and clock back in. Smokers get several breaks to go smoke but my wife does not smoke so she has to keep working so that everything is done on time.
