Pay continued after I left an employer.
I gave my two weeks notice to my (Ohio) employer in mid Oct and left on 10/29. They paid me again on 11/12 and again on 11/28. What should I do? I would imagine I need to pay them back the money, but there are W2 issues associated with this as well as possible 401k issues. Please help!

Overpayment
I assume that you were not owed any of the money you were paid. If that is the case, then you need to reimburse them and tell them that you are concerned that your W-2 will be messed up. Ask them what can be done to prevent the W-2 being wrong. I would call them before I put the check in the mail, and I would call them promptly.
