Statute of limitations on repayment of signing bonus to former employer

Is there a statute of limitations on how long a former employer has to demand repayment of a signing bonus. I live in Indiana and it has been two years since I left my former employer, who is now asking that I repay the signing bonus I was paid.

What is the reason the employer wants the signing bonus back for? How long did you work for the employer for before you left their employ? Did you sign a severance agreement when you left? what was the reason for leaving?
