What are my options for continuing my lawsuit after the firm I hired mishandled my case??

I was terminated from my job after i filed a complaint against a supervisor for harassment. I was also discriminated against due to my age and my gender. Basically after the complaint was filed they launched an all out assault in every way possible. I had a firm handling my case, however, they made critical errors in both judgment and time frames, leaving me once again, without any hope that justice can, could or will ever be served. My case is not all that complicated. I have witnesses, evidence, etc. My former employer has been sued at least 4 times in the last 5 years for claims that are very similar to mine and they prevailed. I was terminated in August 2018, so a year and some change has past and I know this is an issue. (that is a big part of the critical mistakes made by my previous attorney) I am trying to evaluate where exactly I stand and is there anything I can even do to rectify this situation at this point. I am desperate for someone to help me, or at least tell me what, if anything, I can do now that I have been wronged by not only my employer but by the people who were supposedly helping me and in the end, made it a lot worse. Is there anything I can do at this point or should I just give up and let them get away with all of this?

The best thing for you to do at this point is to review your case in detail with another, trusted employment attorney and decide what the best course of action is in light of all the specific legal and practical circumstances of your situation, including any upcoming deadlines, court hearing dates, etc...
