Work Humiliation
Even though I work for a non-union employer, can you still have a case on humiliation? I don't want to bore you with this so if you have the time I would like to get to write more to you. Please let me know. Thank you.

I agree with Aaron. Also, what is the severity of your humiliation. Have you had to see a doctor, etc.

It really depends on the facts. What kind of humiliation, and what is the motivation for it.
