Would I need to pay back relocation assistance if I give notice before the end of contract?
I received relocation assistance from my current company. The contract states I will work 18 months from start date. I would like to leave as soon as my 18 months is up. Is it considered quitting before the contract was fulfilled if I give the notice 2 weeks before the 18 month mark? Would I need to pay still?
