bonus pay upon termination
I have worke for 10 months this year & are elgible for up to 8,000 bonus. My employer has offered 2 weeks severence. Can I get part of my bonus on top of that?

In many cases you can negotiate your severance claim in any event. Whether you can get bonuses depends upon your employment agreement.
