fmla question
I have fmla for myself and my doctor stated on there its good for one year but my employer is having me doing it before the year is up due to that their policy the beginning of every jan they are redone but wouldn't my fmla be good for the year doctor stated on the forms and signed it

FMLA is only good for 12 weeks of leave. You may be eligible for a longer leave under the disability laws.
