private contractor pay purposely withheld in California
I have my own company contracting my services, my company was hired to work at a company in silicon valley, I left the company after 45 days because their handeling of my payments. After leaving they told me that they would pay me only after receiving approval and payment from the company I was contracted to work for, when my contract was with them. They finally sent my my payment almost 90 days afterwards, do I have any recourse?
