termination form positive drug test results in loss of new job
My husband was terminated for failing a drug test after an injury at work. Can another employer rescind a job offer after finding out about this reason for termination even though my husband passed their drug test? Also,can the former employer offer this information to prospective employers?

Unfortunately, the answer is "yes" to both of your questions. However, it is unlikely that the information will be shared. Most employers do not give out real information anymore although they can.
