what are my options with a hostile work environment?

I work for a resort that moved me to another facility with a different job that pays more money but did not get the raise. I am constantly being written up for things that they cannot prove that I did, or that others do and do not get written up for. I have asked multiple times for assistance in resolving the issues and was written up on this past friday being told that they knew it was me who made a mistake, although they can show no proof, and myself and one other staff member were doing the same job that day. I was then told by the GM that I was supposed to be fired and this was his alternative and that the MD for the corporation had offered to come sit with him and it would be quite enjoyable for her to observe. I sat around waiting all day and weekend to be terminated because of this and in addition, a staff member is constantly crying and asking to borrow sums of money from all the staff. I am becoming a nervous wreck and getting conflicting information. I have not lived back in the states for more than a year so would not be able to get unemployment to my knowledge if I am terminated.
