Answer to sales commissions
Unpaid commissionsIf you in fact have a contract to be paid these commissions and it has not expired, it sounds like you have a valid claim. If you would like to discuss this in further detail I can be reached at 949-727-2630.

Answer to on the job auto accident
Workers Comp- Personal injury claimYou definitely have a workers' compensation claim and you possibly have a personal injury claim against the tire manufacture or your employer if their maintenance of the tire was willful in some way. You need to speak to an attorney that handles both workers compensation and personal injury claims. My office is located in Riverside and can accomdate your claims. I can be reached at 951-680-1182.

Answer to Is this a legal tactic
Wage claimIt appears you have a valid claim for unpaid wages. But, before I can determine that I would need to find out what you mean by "set weekly rate" and what your job duties were. If you would like to discuss this I can be reached at 949-727-2630.

Answer to SUSPENSION FOR BEING ON DISABILITY/DISCRIMINATION/RETALIATION
Medical LeaveI would need more information to completely answwer your questions and determine if your suspension was proper. But, in general let me try to address some of your questions. First, your medical records are private and should not be shared with other employees. Federal and California Family Medical Leave Acts apply to employers with 50 or more employees. It is illegal to discriminate against an employee for exercising his/her rights to medical leave. If you would like to discuss your issues in further detail I can reached at 909-680-1182 or gsm@lopezmorris.com.
